After a distinguished career in public service, Norma Garcia brought her experience to Castano Quigley in 2004. She focuses her practice in land use law, and civil and commercial litigation. Norma’s litigation experience from both an adversarial and judicial perspective affords an advantage in the complex commercial litigation cases she presently handles.
She takes pleasure in representing local municipalities in different areas of land use litigation as it continues the representation of the general public’s safety and welfare. Norma is also trained and experienced in the continuity of litigation through the appellate practice and has participated in and experienced success in numerous appeals. Ms. Garcia is fluent in Spanish.
